When most people think about professional organizers, they picture neatly labeled bins and color coordinated closets.

Amy Brooks Hoffmann sees something much bigger.

As the owner of Fleur de Lis Organized Solutions in Louisville, Amy has built a business around helping people create order, reduce stress, and reclaim valuable time. What started as a passion for organization has evolved into a thriving company serving clients who want their homes, offices, and lives to function more efficiently.

Now, Amy has another accomplishment to add to her growing list:

In Summer 2025, she was awarded a $10,000 grant through Verizon Small Business Digital Ready, a national program designed to support small business owners through free business education and competitive grant opportunities.

For Amy, the funding arrived at exactly the right moment.

"The grant has given me the opportunity to expand Fleur de Lis Organized Solutions marketing efforts and widen the services we offer."

She invested in a new website, launched a quarterly printed newsletter, and added a bulk document scanner to support expanded service offerings. Each investment was intentional.

Each one helped position her business for its next chapter.

Growth comes from continuously learning, investing, adapting, and preparing for opportunities before they arrive.

Amy credits education as an important part of that process and often recommends business owners strengthen their skills in areas like branding and communication. Among her favorite Verizon Small Business Digital Ready courses are "Getting Your Pitch Right for Every Audience" and "Defining Your Brand: Connecting to Customers."

Both topics may seem simple on the surface, but for entrepreneurs navigating growth, they can be game changers.

Today, Fleur de Lis Organized Solutions continues to grow while helping clients bring clarity and order to their own lives. Amy's success serves as a reminder that sometimes the most powerful business tool is simply being ready when opportunity knocks.

Congratulations to Amy Brooks Hoffmann, our latest Woman to Watch.
