Women to Watch: Albirross Cedeno, Founder of Alby Gifts & Albirros

When Albirross Cedeno arrived in the U.S. from Venezuela in 2016, she brought more than her expertise in systems engineering—she brought her resilience.

After over a decade managing project planning in Venezuela’s oil industry, Albirross arrived in the U.S. with a new goal: to build something that aligned with her new life and supported her family. 

That dream became Alby Gifts LLC, her first venture—designing customized products like mugs, t-shirts, baskets, and eventually branded materials for other entrepreneurs.

But her work began evolving into something more: a calling to help others believe in themselves, clarify their goals, and take courageous steps toward growth. That’s when her second brand, Albirross, was born—a space for personal and professional development rooted in coaching, neuroscience, and strategic transformation.

“My greatest reward isn’t an award—it’s the stories of real people who’ve changed their lives after a workshop, a journal, or a coaching session,” Albirross shares.

Through conferences, workshops, 1:1 sessions, and a growing suite of planners and workbooks, she now equips others with tools to grow from the inside out. Her mission: to awaken purpose, organize goals, and support sustainable success for the Hispanic community and beyond.

Albirross discovered the Women’s Business Center through a connection at a Hispanic Chamber of Commerce event and was immediately drawn to its mission. Networking through WBC introduced her to other Latina entrepreneurs, mentors, and collaborators who helped her refine her vision and grow her impact.

“The Women’s Business Center has allowed me to expand my vision and strengthen my confidence as an entrepreneur.”

She now sees herself one day taking the stage at a Strong Women, Strong Coffee event—to share her voice and story with the same community that inspired her.

“Every time I attend Strong Coffee, I picture myself as one of those powerful speakers—sharing my journey, connecting with my Hispanic community, and encouraging them to grow.”

Her work is a beacon for anyone navigating change, uncertainty, or new beginnings. Through her products, content, and mentorship, Albirross helps others move from idea to action, from dreaming to building.

Mujeres a Seguir: Albirross Cedeno, Fundadora de Alby Gifts y Albirros 

Cuando Albirross Cedeno emigró de Venezuela a los Estados Unidos en 2016, trajo consigo más que una carrera como ingeniera de sistemas. Trajo consigo su resiliencia.

Durante más de una década, trabajó en planificación de proyectos dentro de la industria petrolera. Pero al llegar a Estados Unidos, se encontró buscando una nueva forma de aportar a su familia y construir algo propio. Así nació Alby Gifts LLC, su primer emprendimiento, dedicado a la personalización de productos como tazas, camisetas y cestas—hasta evolucionar al diseño de materiales para otros emprendedores como uniformes, banners y tarjetas.

Con el tiempo, ese trabajo se transformó en un propósito más profundo: ayudar a las personas a crecer y a conectarse con su potencial. Así nació Albirros, una segunda marca enfocada en desarrollo personal y profesional, donde Albirross integra herramientas de coaching, programación neurolingüística y neurociencia para guiar procesos de transformación real.

“Mi mayor orgullo no ha sido un premio, sino los testimonios de personas que transformaron su vida después de una conferencia, un taller o un diario,” comparte Albirross. 

Hoy, a través de sesiones personalizadas, talleres, charlas y recursos como agendas y cuadernos de trabajo, Albirross acompaña a otras personas a organizar sus metas, conectar con su propósito y convertir ideas en acciones sostenibles.

Conoció al Women’s Business Center gracias a un contacto en un evento de la Cámara de Comercio Hispana. Desde entonces, el networking facilitado por WBC le ha conectado con empresarias, mentoras y colaboradoras que le han abierto nuevas puertas e inspirado a seguir creciendo.

“El Centro de Mujeres Empresarias me ha permitido expandir mi visión y fortalecer mi confianza como emprendedora.”

Uno de sus mayores sueños es, algún día, pararse frente al público de Strong Women, Strong Coffee—como una de las speakers que tanto la han inspirado.

“Cada vez que asisto a Strong Coffee, me visualizo como una de esas mujeres en el escenario, compartiendo mi mensaje con mi comunidad hispana y motivándolos a crecer.” 

Hoy, su trabajo es una luz para otros que también buscan comenzar de nuevo, crear desde cero o dar el siguiente paso. Su mensaje es claro: con propósito, organización y apoyo, es posible lograrlo.
